#WeekendCoffeeShare: Sorry for the Delay, again.

Weekend Coffee Share is a time for us to take a break out of our lives and enjoy some time catching up with friends (old and new)!
Grab a cup of coffee and share with us! What’s been going on in your life? What are your weekend plans? Is there a topic you’ve just been ruminating on that you want to talk about?
All are welcome! Just add your link to the Linky-List, and be sure to visit others and join in their conversations! The link will be open from March 2 at 7am (Pacific Time) until Monday March 5th at 7pm (Pacific Time) to give us a good range of “weekend”!

Hey!  Thanks for joining me for coffee — I’m so sorry to be late again this week! This time, thankfully, it was because of something fun – not health reasons.

This is the weekend of the Rose City Yarn Crawl! Since Thursday I’ve been wandering around the town with some friends, visiting a variety of yarn shops.  There are Trunk Shows by different local dyers, all sorts of fun yarn to see, and the opportunity to win a bunch of prizes!  I’m stocking up on yarn, getting most of what I need for the projects I hope to complete in the coming year. It’s been pretty cool — and for me this is my first visit to most of these shops.

Midnight Monster checking out some of my purchases.

There have also been pretty fun stops to different food places. Saturday we visit the remaining three stores, and then Sunday may end up being a day of rest.

Next week will be interesting, I have a couple of doctor appointments to find out what some of the next steps are for my health issues, I’m not sure how everything is going to get scheduled, or how things like my diet will need to change going forward. I’m glad, though, that the pain is pretty much entirely gone and I’m starting to return back to my normal levels of activity and energy.

Been a long day, and I need to get some things sorted before I head to bed for the night, so it’s going to be another short visit, but thanks for stopping by!

How are you doing? What have you been up to?
