N is for Narnia and Neverland

nOnward travels the Eclectic Express.

Let’s go far, far away today.  Sometimes the best sort of travel happens without having to leave your chair. Off we’ll go to fantastical worlds that can be found between the pages of a book.  Fantastical worlds that can take a different form for each person who delves into the story.

So today I invite you to close your eyes and imagine where the train is taking us today — what fantastical world do you want to find yourself in?

  1. I’m not sure where I’d like to be, but I choose anywhere as long as it has weather temps that stay between 50 and 80 all year around. Wouldn’t that be awesome?

  2. I think I’d want to go to the Shire. The rest of Middle Earth would probably be too dangerous for timid me, but I think I’d get along with the Hobbits pretty well. (Until I started missing technology, anyway…)

Ah well….but at least I can visit the *appearance* of the Shire someday! (If I can ever get the time and money to go to New Zealand…)
