Welcome to the party!!
Since this is a week long Halloween party there’s no reason to rush it, right? Let’s start slow – a simple coffee gathering while we start thinking about putting up the decorations and creating the yummy snack food. I’m going to imagine the party this year is somewhere with a fireplace, so let’s get that started. It is, of course, a dark and stormy night out 😉
I’d tell you that I’m really excited about this party. I went and gathered supplies last night! Various groceries for various goodies – it will be fun to play with some cooking (and try to pawn the results off on my coworkers…) and some home-made decorations through the week. And think about some different costumes! Hopefully all of you have some good additions to the Halloween fun!!
I haven’t had that much else happening this week – lots of reading and planning for next week. This coming week has the party, Halloween costume work and preparations for National Novel Writing Month. I’m going to see another Broadway Touring Show on Halloween itself, which I am excited about 🙂
What are your plans for the coming week? Any fun Halloween plans in the works?
Today’s post is a part of the Weekend Coffee Share, graciously hosted by Part Time Monster every weekend. A time for us to come together, share a cup of coffee (or our beverage of choice) to share some of what is going on in our lives. It’s a lovely check-in!
