  1. I own twelve Ann Rinaldi books and I’ve read all of them. I forgot about them until I saw her name on this post and yes, I located them in my book collection and counted them. I loved reading her historical fiction as a teenager. She’s definitely one of the authors I’ve read the most of, too.

    1. She was the first historical-fiction I really read, and I was so drawn in by it. I ended up getting rid of some of the books of hers I owned (something had to go in the cross-country moves and I knew those could be replaced) but I’ve been unable to part with some of them.

      1. I’ve been reading historical fiction since forever (starting with Little House on the Prairie, which is arguably biographical, but Laura Ingalls Wilder inserted quite a lot of fiction there to appeal to readers). That said, Rinaldi was one of my favorites when I was younger. I have most of her Great Episodes…such fun reads!
